Armand died Sunday, October 31, 2010 at the Community Memorial Hospital in Wagner. Services are 11 AM, Thursday, November 4, 2010 at the White Swan Community Center in Lake Andes. Burial is in St. Phillip's Episcopal Cemetery, Lake Andes. Wake services began Monday at the center. Crosby-Jaeger Funeral Home in Wagner is in charge of arrangements.
