Arnita Kezena, 70, of Wagner

Arnita died Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls. Wake services will begin Thursday at the All Tribes Fellowship Church in Wagner. Funeral services are 10:30 AM, Saturday, February 10. Crosby-Jaeger Funeral Home in Wagner is in charge of arrangements.

Arnita Faye Frederick "Kezena" was born on October 12, 1947 to Earl D. Frederick, Sr. and Myrtle E. St. Pierre. Arnita grew up in Greenwood, SD. She attended Marty Mission until 8th grade, then went to Flandreau Indian School where she graduated.

Arnita was a very loving, caring person. She helped everyone as much as she could to show her love and appreciation. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives. Arnita's favorite hobby was going to Bingo.

Arnita leaves to mourn her daughters: Cyndee Emily of Wagner, SD, Mandee (John) & kids of Wagner, SD; goddaughter, Krystle Cournoyer of Wagner, SD; stepchildren Curtis Huapapi of Wagner, SD, Bianca Arcoren of Wagner, SD, Charles Kezena of Redwood, MN, Billy Bruguier of Wagner, SD, Joe Leighton of Wagner, SD; brothers: Earl "Puddy" Frederick, Jr. of Wagner, SD, Perry Jo Chamberlain of Tulsa, OK, Janice Ray of Chancellor, SD, Elton Lawrence of Black Hawk, SD; aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Arnita entered the Spirit World on February 6, 2018 and was preceded in death by: grandparents, parents, Earl D. Frederick, Sr. and Myrtle E. St. Pierre; husband, Leonard Kezena; brothers Russell Wayne, Randolph "Randy" Jean; granddaughter, Makenzee Kasee Frederick, and other relatives.
