Christina M. Seifert, 57, of Wagner

Christina M. Seifert was born January 27, 1960 at Idaho Falls, ID, the daughter of Donald Eugene and Darlene Anita (Salsibury) Seifert. She died Saturday, September 23, 2017 at the Lake Andes Healthcare Center in Lake Andes. Services are pending.

Christina lived for a few years in India and Spain when she was a child, where her father worked as Superintendent in the construction of nuclear power plants. She later resided in several states with her family in several states with her father's employment until she married James Adkins in Michigan and had three children. She resided in Michigan for most of her life. She later moved to South Dakota to live with her mother, Darlene.

Thankful for having shared her life are her son, Jeremiah Adkins of Luna Pier, MI; five grandchildren: Jordan Adkins, Joslyn Adkins, Tommy James Adkins, Madison Kinne, and Starlynn Kinne; and a host of neices and nephews; three brothers: James (Valerie) Seifert of Gainesville, GA, Donald Jr. (Kathy) Seifert of Columbia, SC, and Robert (Michael Mcintosh) Seifert of Cathedral City, CA; sister, Karen (Waldon) Olson of Pickstown, SD; her husband and still friend, James Adkins, Sr. of Monroe, MI; and step brothers and sisters: Pat (Lynn) Hatwan of Lincoln, NE, Jeanie (Randy) Larson of Sargeant Bluff, IA, Dale (Susan) Hatwan of Rochester, WA, Lori (Danny) Slaba of Sioux Falls, SD and Kathy (Dean) Svatos of Lake Andes, SD.

Christina was preceded in death by her son, James Adkins; daughter, Katrina Adkins; her parents; and step father, Roland Hatwan.
