David died Sunday, August 30, 2009 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Funeral services were 1 PM, Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at the Marty Community Center in Marty, SD, with burial in Holy Name Episcopal Cemetery, rural Dante. Wake services began Monday at the Community Center.
