Dennis Tronvold, 80, of Lake Andes

Dennis died Sunday, June 19, 2022 at the Lake Andes Senior Living Center. Memorial services will be 10:30 AM, Monday, June 27, 2022 at the Pickstown Community Church in Pickstown. Burial is in Pleasantlawn Cemetery in Geddes. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner is in charge of arrangements.

Dennis Lee Tronvold was born on August 10, 1941 to Betty (Vreugdenhil) and Otto Tronvold. He died Sunday, June 19, 2022 at the Lake Andes Senior Living Center.

Dennis attended country school through the 8 ^th grade in Moore Township and graduated from Geddes High School in 1959. Dennis worked for VanderPol House Moving as well as for Gary & Kenny Nelson at the cement plant in Lake Andes. He also worked for various farmers after High School. He owned and operated the Double D Tap in Lake Andes. Dennis worked for the Lake Andes Farmers Coop until his retirement in February of 2001.

Dennis married Della Spirit Track and had three children: Peggy, Kevin, and Alan.

Dennis was on the Lake Andes City Council for 30 years and on the board for Southern Missouri Recycling Waste management District.

Dennis is survived by his two sons: Kevin and Alan; stepchildren: Connie & Lonnie; grandchildren: Mark, Antonio, Deneisha, Alyssa, Angelia, Aaron, Daaron, Hannah, Devan, Dallas, Alanna, Del, Wayne, Derek, Krystle, Lonnie Jr, and Kiyanne; great grandchildren: Ambraya, Harvey, Trinity, Kayleah, Mya, Zeek, Maximus, Elijah, De'lani, Adrian, Carsynn, Averie, Jack, Alison, Memphis, Jameson.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, wife Della, daughter Peggy, stepdaughter Pam, and granddaughter Kendra.
