Don Smith, 79, of Wagner

Don Lewis Smith, age 79, of Wagner, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at the Armour Care and Rehabilitation Center in Armour, South Dakota. He leaves behind his wife of 43 year, Priscilla (Pat) Smith; stepson Chet Moyle and wife Debbie, stepdaughters Bonita Koelker, Sherry Roger, Chris and husband Don Boggs, Shelly, and husband Mark Kelsheimer; along with the children of his first wife, Wendy, and husband Robert Trinh, Sandy and husband Jim Kluver; sister, Linda Throne, niece Karla and husband Scott Christensen, along with nephew Jason Throne. He also leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Don was a Veteran of the United States Navy and served his term overseas in Japan and the Philippines. He enjoyed camping, fishing hunting and flying air planes. He was devoted to his four legged fur babies.
He was preceded in death by his mother LaVon, father Lawrence and a brother Larry Smith.
