Donovan Rouse, 32, of Marty

Wake services will begin Wednesday at the Marty Community Center in Marty. Funeral services are 10 AM, Saturday, April 15, 2017 at the Community Center. Burial is in St. Paul's Catholic Cemetery in Marty.

Donovan James Rouse "Duke" was born November 15, 1984 in Wagner, SD to Beata Rouse. He entered the Spirit World on Sunday, April 9, 2017 at the Community Memorial Hospital in Wagner.

Don grew up mostly in Marty. He went to Kicking Horse Job Corp in Ronan, Montana, where he got his high school diploma and GED. His field of study while there was operating heavy equipment. Don also obtained his CDL, which he put to use truck driving. Before that, he was the craziest desk clerk the Fort Randall Casino/Hotel has ever had.

Besides being the life of the party, Don was an amazing uncle, watching all his nieces and nephews at some point in their lives. Don will be most remembered for his goofy personality and incredible ability to make everyone laugh. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his moms, Beata Schunk and Ursula Rouse and nephew, Dorian.

Donavan is survived by his brother, Jerome Rouse, Sr. and sisters: Thrista, Lucretia, Jessica, Fury, Ebony, Alexis, Trinity and Aalayah Rouse; and many nieces and nephews.
