Eva DeNoyer, 49

Eva died Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at the Sleepy Eye Medical Center in Sleepy Eye, MN. Funeral services are 2 PM, Thursday, January 8, 2026 at the YST South Gym. Burial is in St Paul's Catholic Church in Marty.

Eva was surrounded by her fiancé, her daughter and three sons. Eva was born in Wagner, SD to Charlene Sun and Marvin Drapeau Jr.

Eva attended Marty Indian School until the 11 grade, later on she received her GED.

She worked at the Yankton Sioux Tribes Travel Plaza and For Randall Casino (security, cage cashier, back to security). Eva moved to Minnesota in 2012, where she continued as a security guard at Jackpot Junction Casino. She worked at McDonalds until she needed a double kidney transplant.

Eva loved meeting new people, when you heard her laugh you knew something good was happening. She will be missed tremendously.

Waiting for Eva in heaven are her brothers Samual Sun and Francis DeNoyer, her father Marvin Drapeau, Jr. and many other loving relatives.

Eva was the loving mother to 3 sons: Charles Kezena, Jr. (E-Jay), Clarence David (Dee) & Clinton Calvin Lary (Tone); a beautiful daughter LaShiyah; and a loving fiancé Corey Macfarlane.

Eva is survived by her mothers Charlene Sun and Ella Huapapi, her sisters Marla Drapeau & Stephanie Patterson, plus many other relatives.
