Immaculée Michelle Kuhlman was taken from the warmth of her Mother's womb and carried to heaven by angels on September 27, 2011. During the course of 24 short weeks, God's loving plan for her life was revealed. Reinforcing the sacredness and dignity of her small precious life, she showed us the true depth of faith and to see beauty in the mundane moments of daily life. She taught us unconditional love and increased our desire of hope in eternal life. We are just the beginning of those who are better because of her life. Though we will miss her forever, though the grief that comes from losing her will continue to turn us inside out, though we will continue to have days of questioning God's plan, we will hold close to the truth that, while loving her broke our hearts, it healed them too. Our lives will be fuller, our joys will be greater and our love will be deeper because we have shared in her life.
Immaculée is survived by her parents Jeff and Rhonda Kuhlman; her siblings: Mya, Bain, Kalea, Bennett and Briggs Kuhlman, all of Wagner SD; her grandparents: Tom and MaryJo Kuhlman, Mike and Norma Beeson; and great grandparents, Bert Cozad, Delbert Beeson and Marcene Hakl, all of Wagner as well as a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
