Jenna Lucyann Mattis, 26, Wagner, SD

Jenna Mattis passed away May 6, 2023. Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 12, 2023 at the YST South Housing Gym in Wagner, SD at 10 A.M. Her wake services will begin Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at the YST South Housing Gym.

Jenna Lucyann Mattis was born June 1, 1997 to Todd and Angela (Goulette) Mattis. She was the little sister to Joseph and Jacob and big sister to Jefferson. She also had an old brother Zachery. Jenna attended Wagner School, where she was Prom Queen in 2015.

She earned her GED from Marty in 2016. She had numerous jobs in her life, but the most cherished job was being a mother to Leonidas.

She was a determined little girl who had a heart of gold that would help anyone in need whether it was human or animal, She was hunter and fisherwoman. Keeping up with her brothers. In her spare time she was also a good artist. Our time with her was too short.

She is survived by her parents, brothers, grandparents Robert and Pat Goulette of Wagner, SD, uncle Robbie of Wagner, SD, her aunt Stefanie Goulette (Brad) of Pine Ridge, SD; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandmothers.

She was p receeded in death by Goldie Redwing, Buzz Roulette, uncle Tony Thomas, Canku-Thomas, cousin Ritchie and Emma Picotte, big brother Devin Goulette, and her son Leonidas James Thompson.
