Jeremy Lhotak, 34, of Wagner

Memorial Services will be 2 PM, Monday, March 27, 2017 at the United Methodist Church in Wagner, with Deacon Pat Coy officiating. Crosby-Jaeger Funeral Home in Wagner is in charge of arrangements.

Jeremy Lee Lhotak, son of Francis and Janet (Hrdlicka) Lhotak, was born May 28, 1982 at Wagner, SD. He died Thursday, March 23, 2017 near Dante, the result of an automobile accident. Jeremy attained the age of 34 years, nine months and 27 days.

Jeremy graduated from Wagner High School in 2001 and Mitchell Tech in 2003. He married Gina Coy on October 28, 2005 at Rapid City. They moved to Wagner in 2011, where they ranched.

Jeremy loved being outdoors. He loved horses, hunting, fishing, branding and ranching. Jeremy loved spending time with family and friends.

Thankful for having shared his life are his wife, Gina and their children: Hunter, Roper and Bailer; his parents; his in-laws; and many other relatives and friends.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Rudy and Anna Lhotak; maternal grandfather, Melvin Hrdlicka; aunt Toni Lhotak; and Uncle Jim Hrdlicka.
