Joey died Sunday, September 20, 2020 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls. Funeral services are 1:30 PM, Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at St. John Lutheran Church in Wagner. Burial is in the ZCBJ Cemetery, rural Wagner, with military honors. Visitation is the hour prior to services at the church.
