Julia Ann Bruguier, 59, of Marty

Julia died Friday, July 2, 2010 at the Community Memorial Hospital in Wagner. Funeral services are 2 PM, Monday, July 5, 2010 at the Marty Community Center. Burial is in the Holy Name Episcopal Cemetery, rural Dante. Wake services began Saturday at the Community Center in Marty. Crosby-Jaeger Funeral Home in Wagner is in charge of arrangements.

Julia Ann Bruguier was born on March 27, 1951 in Wagner, South Dakota to Melvin and Evangeline (LeClaire) Bruguier.

Julia has seven sisters: Anita & John Packard, Marty, SD; Marcella and Harlan of Marty, SD; Melissa Mace, Sioux Falls, SD; Elizabeth & Joe Henry, Marty, SD; Kathleen & Larry Lewis, Marty, SD; Ruth Tamara and Larry Weddell, Sr., Sioux Falls, SD; brothers: Morris and Sandra Bruguier, Lake Andes, SD; Stuart and Matilda Bruguier, Marty, SD; Ambrose and Marla Bruguier, Wagner, SD; and John Bruguier, Marty, SD. She is also survived by her partner of 15 years, Louis Hare, Sr.

Julia has three biological grandchildren: Alyce LaMotte, Kendra Buffalo and and Justin; one great-grandchild; Drew & Jayette have two children: Vincent and Julia; Corey and Latricia have one child: Alakie. She is also survived by her son, Keith "Pee-Wee" LaMotte . Julia has many, many nieces and nephews too numerous to mention.

Julia is preceded in death by her mother and father, and brothers, Melvin Jr. and David.
