Justin Arcoren, 18, of Wagner
Justin died Sunday, December 24, 2017 in Yankton. Funeral services are 11 AM, Friday, December 29, 2017 at the Ihanktonwan Oyate Community Center in Marty, SD with Galen Drapeau, Jr., Officiating. Burial is in St. Paul's Catholic Cemetery in Marty. Wake services began Wednesday at the Community Center. Crosby-Jaeger Funeral Home in Wagner is in charge of arrangements.
Justin "Jungle Boy" Baron Arcoren was born June 23, 1999 in Yankton, SD to Bianca Arcoren and Derek Weston-Crowe. He is survived by 3 brothers: Lawrence Hernandez (Yankton), Victor Arcoren and Dayvon Fool Bull (Wagner), 4 sisters: Listella Arcoren, Ezmie Gunhammer, Felicity Bernie (Wagner) and Beau Gemma Weston (Marty).
Justin attended Marty Indian School, Wagner Community School St. Josephs Indian School and he is a graduate of Chamberlain High School, class of 2017. He earned the Build Dakota Scholarship which was a full ride to any tech school in the state. Justin had planned to pursue a career in welding and completed his first semester at Lake Area Technical Institute.
Justin enjoyed archery, karate, football, and was part of the Tech Club, Explorers, listening to pod casts, watching anime, finding new music, playing games, and being part of the knowledge bowl team.
He is welcomed to the spirit world by his Great-grandmothers, Stella Pretty Sounding Flute and Rosemary Rouse, Grandfather Gary Crowe, Grandfather Larry Arcoren, Uncle Beau Shields and his Father Derek Weston-Crowe.
