Keith Lamotte, Jr., Wakinyan Ska Akiticia ,54, of Wagner. "Pee Wee"

Keith died Sunday, April 6, 2025 at the Community Memorial Hospital in Wagner. Funeral services were 10:30 AM, Thursday, April 10, 2025 at the Marty Community Center in Marty. Wake services began Tuesday at the Community Center.  Keith Lamotte, Jr. was born on February 5, 1971 to Julia Bruguier and Keith Lamotte, Sr. aka Sacky in Dallas, Texas. He attended school at Marty Indian School in Marty, SD.

Keith loved to play basketball, enjoyed watching WWE, Wii bowling, 10,000, fastpitch and horseshoes. He went to Kicking Horse Job Corp in Montana.

Pee Wee was a father to his son Justin Zephier, daughters:  Alyce and Kendra and stepson JT. He was a grandfather to Keitra Zephier, Ariana, Edward Alric and Neveah Grace. He was a big brother to Linette Lamotte, Nadine Pebeashy and Levi Lamotte…also Drew Bruguier, Corey Arcoren, Jared Stone, Karl and Jewel Bruguier.

On May 11, 2024 he married the love of his life Brenda Aungie Lamotte. On December 4, 2024 they became God parents to Evangeline Lorraine.

Keith is preceded in death by his mother Julia, his father Keith, grandmother Evangeline, grandfather Melvin, uncles:  Melvin, Morris, Dave, John and Ambrose and aunties:  Anita, Marcella, Elizabeth and Ruth.
