Leland died Friday, April 28, 2017 in Sioux Falls. Funeral services will be 1 PM, Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at the White Swan Community Center in Lake Andes. Burial is in St. Philip's Episcopal Cemetery, Lake Andes. Wake services will be at 7 PM on Monday and Tuesday at the White Swan Community Center.
