Died Sunday, May 23, 2010 at Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Her funeral service will be 10:00 am Thursday, May 27, 2010 at St. Paul Catholic Church in Marty, with burial in the parish cemetery. Wake services will be at Tuesday and Wednesday at the Wagner Housing Gymnasium.

Loretta Faye Gunhammer was born in
Ainsworth, NE on January 23, 1951 to
her mother Lucinda "Hare" Gunhammer
& her Father Abraham Gunhammer.
Loretta loved to be around her family
and Friends. She was known for her
teasing and making everyone laugh.
Loretta was the strength of her family
and everyone went to her for a
shoulder to cry and for encouragement.
She was loved by everyone, She cherished
all her family. Loretta was a confadont to
many. We'll always remember her Sunday chicken dinners
and how she loved to celebrate each holiday by decorating
her house and making a special dinner. She also loved
putting puzzles together, listening to country music, and
playing cards. She also enjoyed reading her Bible.

Joann Crookston, Mary Hartley, Betty Ehrler, & Violet Provost
Brothers; Sterling Gunhammer & Casey Drapeaux
She had 21 Grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews
