Louise Lucille Sejnoha, 109, of Lake Andes

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM on October 19, 2020 at Peters Funeral Home, 124 E SD Hwy 46 in Wagner with Father Gallagher officiating. Visitation will be held Monday from 12:30 to 1:30 PM. Burial will follow at Lake View Cemetery in Lake Andes.

Louise Lucille Sejnoha, 109, of Lake Andes, SD passed away on October 15, 2020 at the Good Samaritan Society in Wagner, SD. Louise was born Dec 9, 1910 in Lake Andes to Adolf & Anna (Beran) Sejnoha.

Louise attended school in a one room schoolhouse. She worked as a homemaker and had various jobs close to her home. She was involved with the Lutheran Church, American Legion Auxiliary, Ladies Aid & other senior center groups. She received the Centurion Award from Gov. Mike Rounds in 2010.

Louise often enjoyed dancing, sewing, canasta, bingo & watching the Atlanta Braves and manager Bobby Cox on WTBS.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents Adolf & Anna (Beran) Sejnoha, brothers Joe, Adolph, William, Paul & James and sisters Mary Beran, Ann Higbee, Josephine Mechlanburg, Pauline Franke, Alice Scherman, Rose Dufek & Helen Grimmett.

Thankful for having shared her life are her daughter Maxine (Kenneth) Ritchey of Norwalk, OH, grandsons Todd (Sharlene) Lillo of Norwalk, OH, John (Suzanne) Lillo of Jacksonville, FL, and numerous nieces & nephews.

Memorials may be given to the Second Century Habitat Fund of South Dakota.
