Obituary
Mildred died unexpectedly on Friday, April 1, 2011 at her home in Sioux City, IA. Funeral services are 2 PM, Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at the Greenwood Presbyterian Church in Greenwood, SD. Burial is in the Greenwood Presbyterian Cemetery, rural Greenwood. Wake services began Monday at the YST Community Gym in Wagner. Crosby-Jaeger Funeral Home in Wagner is in charge of arrangements.
Millie (Mildred) Anne Geuther was born July 11, 1982, in Wagner, South Dakota, the daughter of Martha (Montgomery) and Rodney Geuther, Sr. She left this world for the Spirit World on April 1, 2011 at Sioux City, IA.
Millie was a gifted girl in both prose and artistic ability. She has delighted many a reader with her poems and has drawn a feast for eyes.
Millie has lived in Sioux City, IA and worked at Walmart for the last four years.
She was preceded in death by both sets of Grandparents and beloved brothers, Marvin LaPointe, Jr. and Rodney Geuther, Jr.
She leaves behind her parents and beloved sisters, Margaret LaPointe and Wendy Geuther, nieces and nephew Aubrey, David, Vanessa and Mia; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
