Purcell Marvin Provost, 64, of Sioux Falls

Purcell died Friday, November 1, 2019 south of Scotland, SD, the result of an automobile accident. Funeral services are 2 PM, Friday, November 8, 2019 at the YST South Housing Community Gym. Burial is in St. Philip's Episcopal Cemetery in Lake Andes. Wake services began Wednesday at the gym.

Purcell Marvin Provost was born in Wagner, SD on May 1, 1955 to Charity (Kiyukan) and Ernie Provost. Purcell made his journey to the spirit world on November 1, 2019 along with his daughter Aileen.
He is survived by four brothers: Lawrence Kiyukan, Terry Provost, Harold Provost and Andy Wood; two sisters: Diane Houseman and Eunice (Medicine Horn) Penton; daughter Leilani Provost; many grandchildren; Aunt Janice Provost; and many nieces and nephews.
Purcell was preceded in death by his mother Charity, father Ernie, daughter Aileen, sisters Vera Provost and Thelma Myers, and brothers Cornelius Kiyukan and Jerry Marvin.
During Purcell's life on Mother Earth he enjoyed board games, grilling out and spending time with family. Purcell is remembered for his crazy sense of humor and big heart.
