Randi Lynn Gullikson, 19, of Marty
Randi died Sunday, May 3, 2009 near Wagner, SD, the result of an automobile accident. Funeral Services were held 10:30 AM, Thursday, May 7, 2009 at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Marty. Burial was in the church cemetery. Crosby-Jaeger Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements.
Randi Lynn Gullikson, "He Haka Zo Waste Winyan" - Pretty Whistling Elk Woman, was born October 30, 1989 to Kellie Gullikson and Randy Little. She was raised and adopted by her grandmother Elaine Little.
Randi Lynn, "Bones" was a 2008 graduate of Marty Indian School. Her family is very proud of her for this accomplishment.
Randi Lynn and Keith Cournoyer had their beautiful baby girl Kaylin Joy Cournoyer on January 10, 2008. Randi Lynn was a proud and caring mother. She took great care of Kaylin. She loved taking her to the park, shopping and going out to eat. Bones also enjoyed taking care of her brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Randi Lynn was always smiling, laughing, energetic and she loved to dress up. She loved to dance, listen to music and cruise around. Bones also loved going to Pow wows, ball tournaments, family get togethers and playing pool.
Randi Lynn is survived by her daughter, Kaylin Joy; Kaylin's father, Keith Cournoyer; sisters: Ashley (Catani, Victoria, Kenny Jr.), Nicole, Emily, Angel, Miranda and Nevaeh; brothers: Kyle (Owen), Ryan, Robert and Gavin; mother, Kellie Gullikson; grandmother, Elaine Little; aunt Elizabeth Gullikson and family and many more relatives too numerous to name.
Randi Lynn entered the Spirit World to reunite with her brother Cody; father, Randy Little; grandmother, Linda Gullikson; grandfathers, Elmo Gullikson, Jr. and Noah Little Grant; great grandparents: Henry and Bertha Hare, Sr., Elmo and Agnes Gullikson, Sr. and Bessie LeClaire.
Randi Lynn was a brave woman and will remain forever in our hearts. Rest in peace, We love you Bones.
