Roxanne Thornton, 42
Wake services are Monday at the American Legion Hall in Wagner. Funeral services are 1:30 PM, Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at the American Legion Hall. Burial is in the Holy Fellowship Episcopal Cemetery, rural Greenwood. Crosby-Jaeger Funeral Home in Wagner is in charge of arrangements.
Roxanne Marie Thornton Necklace was born August 2, 1972 in Iowa to Walter T. Thornton, Jr. and Sunbeam Necklace. She died December 30, 2014 in Dunseith, ND.
Roxanne has six siblings: Mary, Ronnie, DeWayne, Teresa (deceased), Cheryl and Tina.
Roxanne spent her childhood in Vermillion, Yankton and Wagner communities. Roxanne attended Job Corp in Nemo, SD for welding. She also worked at Fort Randall Casino in the early 1990's.
Roxanne resided in the Bismark and Fargo, ND areas working at Holiday Express and McDonalds. She also resided in Dunseith, ND until recently.
Roxanne loved being around friends and family. She will always be remembered by her infectious laughter and her intoxicating smile that can light up a room.
