Rudy A. Arpan, Sr, 71, of Wagner
Rudy died Friday, September 14, 2018 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls. Funeral services are 10 AM, Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at the National Guard Armory in Wagner. Burial is in the Holy Fellowship Episcopal Cemetery, rural Greenwood, with Military Honors. Wake services are 8 PM, Sunday and Monday at the Armory.
