Teddy C. Greger, 70 of Sioux Falls, formerly of Wagner

Ted died Monday, December 1, 2014 at his home in Sioux Falls. Funeral services are 1:30 PM, Friday, December 5, 2014 at the Crosby-Jaeger Funeral Home in Wagner. Burial is in the ZCBJ Cemetery, rural Wagner. Visitation is Thursday from 2 to 4 PM at the Crosby-Jaeger Funeral Home in Wagner and will continue an hour prior to services on Friday.

Teddy Con Greger was born October 21, 1944 in Wagner, South Dakota to Fred and Ellen (Nelson) Greger. Ted passed at his home in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on December 1, 2014.

Ted married Judy Colburn on November 20, 1965 in Pipestone, Minnesota. Together they raised four children, Teddy Jr., Troy, Cindy, and grandson Randy.

Ted served in the National Guard in the 1960's. He drove a semi truck  for many years and had a unique talent for buying and selling cars.  He had extensive knowledge and fascination for world history. He loved to collect various items such as guns, knives, and many types of tools. Ted was a very loving husband, father, and grandfather and had a special place in his heart for his pets. Ted was a very generous man and was instantly liked by all who met him.

Thankful for having shared Ted's life are his wife Judy Greger of Sioux Falls, two sons: Ted Greger Jr., Troy Greger and his wife Stacy; grandson Randy Johnson and his wife Samantha, all of Sioux Falls; and daughter Cindy Greger of Council Bluffs, IA; 11 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; brother Dennis (Chalk) Greger of Delmont; and sister Cassie Greger of Wagner.

Ted was preceded in death by his parents Fred and Ellen Greger, two brothers, Leonard (Tyke) Greger and Doug Greger, and many relatives and friends.
