Tessa Joseph, "Isnana Najin Winyan" 22, of Lake Andes
Tessa died Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Lake Andes, SD. Funeral services are 11 AM, Thursday, February 8, 2018 at the White Swan Community Center in Lake Andes. Burial is in the Holy Fellowship Episcopal Cemetery, rural Greenwood. Wake services began Tuesday at the the Community Center. Crosby-Jaeger Funeral Home in Wagner is in charge of arrangements.
Tessa Raelene Joseph was born during a winter blizzard on December 8, 1995 at 12:14pm.
Tessa, a very special person, she spread joy and laughter everywhere she went. Tessa enjoyed spending her time listening to gangster rap and 90s R&B. She was a loving person and always had a group of kids following behind her. Everyone called her "Uncle Tessa". She always put others' needs before herself. Tessa was an old soul and always had a cross word puzzle with her. She loved to play her bonus bucks. Tessa had an infectious laugh that was always funnier than the joke.
On December 13, 2017, Tessa became a mother to beautiful Kailey Essence. She loved her "little loves" unconditionally and worked her hardest at being the best mother to her.
Tessa entered the Spirit World on February 2, 2018. She is survived by her daughter, Kailey, mother Rolene (Gerald), father Wayne (Saundray), other mother Caryl Arpan; siblings Laurie, Robert (Sierra), Marisa (Justin), Michael, Tysin, Tanner, Zaydon, Max, Jeritzen, Kyzen, Jerzey; step-siblings Evan and Lexy. Her best friends/sisters Steph, Alexis, Maizey and Libs. She has many, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.
She is preceded in the Spirit World by maternal grandparents Roland and Bernadine Provost (Gray) and Roland and Bernadine Provost (LeClaire). Her siblings Ashley and Angel Blaine and Kiamarah Joseph.
