Thomas Gary Truman, 85, of Wagner

In honoring Gary's wishes, private services are being held with burial in the Black Hills National Cemetery.

Thomas Gary Truman was born in Belle Fourche, SD on September 30, 1939, the son of Thomas and Inez (Mowery) Truman. He died Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls.

Gary graduated from Belle Fourche High School in 1957. He served in the US Navy from 1958 to 1960. He worked as an RN at the Hot Springs VA Hospital and later worked as an RN at McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls until he retired.

Thankful for having shared his life are his daughter Cathy Truman and adopted daughters Minnie and Allie; and brother JD and wife Connie Truman.
