Wanda Grace Garry, 59 of Marty
Memorial services will be held 1:00 pm Thursday, January 10, 2008 at the Ravinia Community Church in Ravinia, SD, with Rev. Raymond Meador officiating. She died Sunday, January 6, 2008 at Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD.
Wanda Grace Garry was born to Joe Garry and Annie Antelope on December 9, 1948 at Wagner, SD. She was raised by Raymond Drapeau and her mother. Wanda received a clerical degree and then worked at the Indian Health Service Hospital in Wagner as a contract health specialist for over 20 years.
Wanda loved spending time with her granddaughter and nieces and nephews. She will be remembered for her enjoyment of plants, sewing and being on the internet.
Thankful for having shared her life are her son, Paul Garry of Springfield; granddaughter, Chloe; two brothers: Glen Garry of Rosebud and Darrell Drapeau of Ravinia; two sisters: Barb Drapeau of Ravinia and Candace Antelope of Adrian, MN, and their families.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents; an infant brother, Fred Garry; and an infant sister, Linda Mae Garry.
