Wicahpi Mani Win Fischer, (Star Walking Woman) 28, of Lake Andes

Private services are being held with burial in the Dark Horse Cemetery, rural Lake Andes. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner is in charge of arrangements.

Wicahpi Mani Win was born November 26, 1991 in Yankton, SD to the proud parents of Anthony Fischer, Sr. and Frances Thunder Horse. She died Thursday, November 19, 2020 in Sioux Falls.

Wicahpi was the loving mother of three children: Ryan, Kymani and Anthony. She was raised in Marty with brothers and sisters: Nona Angel, Bear Hand, Sr., RoseAnne Wade, Anthony Fischer, Sr., Andrea Fischer, Dominic Fischer and Solana Fischer.

Wicahpi had a passion for art and was an avid lover of music. She was known for her quick wit, her infectious smile, her contagious laugh and her free spirited personality. Wicahpi loved and cared deeply for her family.

Wcahpi Mani Win was preceded in death by her father Anthony Fischer, Sr. and brother Dominic Fischer.

Left to mourn are her mother, children, brothers, sisters and all of her family and friends.
