William Rouse, 60, of Sioux Falls

William died Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at his home in Sioux Falls. Funeral services are 1 PM, Saturday, January 26, 2019 at the White Swan Community Center in Lake Andes. Burial is in St. Phillip's Episcopal Cemetery, Lake Andes. Wake services will be at 7 PM Thursday and Friday at the community center.

Bill was raised in Lake Andes by his Grandma Minnie Bear Rouse, with brother JR Rouse, sister Gail Rouse, cousins Lakota Spirit Track and Mona Fischer.
Bill was a very awesome musician, guitar player along with this brother JR. Together they became well known statewide throughout Indian Country with the band Ariel.
Bill is survived by his children: Brook Donovan, Betty Jo King, Casey Olsen, Jolynn Rouse, Minnie Rouse, Miranda Blaine, Harry James Medicine Bear, Keisha Bruguier and Jaylissa Costello; also by sisters Bernadette Howard, Sandra Rouse, Gail Rouse, Cleo Rouse, Cynthia Odegard, Charlette Rouse, Jeanie Picotte, Candace Antelope; brothers Howard Rouse, Russell Odegard and Ronald Reynolds.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Wilma Mae Howard and Richard Sydney Rouse Sr.; brothers Richard Rouse Jr., Michael Gene Odegard, Paul Brown Wolf and Henry Lee Odegard.
